“Enhance Quality” alludes to the persistent procedure in which the organization efficiently sets goals and benchmarks, perceives best practices and executes programs for constant change of value, which means satisfying clients requirements at least expenses and at all times.
This policy has been sanctioned by the Strategy and Policy Committee. It will be looked into, and if necessary reconsidered, every year to stay up with the latest and will be released on our organizations website. We invite invested individuals’ remarks on the requirement of the approach and the strategy itself.
Environmental Policy Statement:
SEND2WORLD believes in preservation and constant improvement of the natural environment. Occupational health and Safety:
Occupational health and safety is an indispensable part of SEND2WORLD operation. Our aim is to provide a healthy and a safe work environment. We ask each representative, contractor and visitor to help accomplish our objectives by:
- Consistently and viably preventing injury and ill health and simultaneously improving our occupational health and safety.
- Agreeing to and surpassing norms needed by all appropriate Occupational Safety and Health regulations;
- Satisfying all the occupational health and safety prerequisites recommended by the organization and partners;
- Setting and reviewing occupational health and safety objectives.
- Recording, executing and keeping up the Occupational Health and Safety Management System that meets the necessities of OHSAS 18001:2007;
- Continually evaluating the administration framework within defined scopes to guarantee its importance and appropriateness;
- Providing necessary occupational health and safety information, instructions and training to enable all employees to carry out their jobs capably and safely.
- Selecting able contractors and observing their execution to guarantee related standards of occupational health and safety are secured.
Information Security Management:
Information security management system is an integral part of SEND2WORLD. Security Policy Statement
SEND2WORLD is dedicated to protect the company’s employees, properties, information, reputation and customer’s assets from potential threats in the supply chain. All security activities must hold fast to the general values laid down below:
- For the security aspects of the company’s business activities staff and contractors must always be aware of and take responsibility.
- Threats analysis and risk evaluations should be conducted on a regular basis;
- Security measures and guidelines should be flawlessly incorporated with business activities;
- The first priority should be “incident prevention”;
- Proactive response plans must be created and tested to deal with assessed risks rapidly and effectively;
- Regular inspections of security measures and procedures should take place to maintain high security standards for SEND2WORLD operations world-wide. Validations and verifications by security auditor are compulsory.
- Professionalism, knowledge and integrity of staff involved in security matters must be tightly observed and controlled;
- Implementation and establishment of proper training plans, customer screening, recruitment, contracting and termination measures is must.
- Security breaches and irregularities must be reported and recorded. Corrective action should be taken and followed up through regular verifications to improve the overall security standard.
Business Continuity Management
SEND2WORLD is sincerely dedicated to implement Business Continuity Management (“BCM”) based on BCI Good Practice Guidelines and international standard ISO 22301:2012.
To improve company-wide resilience we try hard to develop BCM system in the event of significant business disruption. Business Continuity Plans (“BCP”) will be prepared and maintained to guarantee that we can recuperate our operational capability in order to continue to deliver our critical products and services.
